Common questions

How do I restore my Pro purchase?

Open Settings → Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID you bought Pro on. Potshare is a one-time purchase, so it never expires.

How do I delete my account?

Open Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, the goals you own, your memberships in shared pots, and your friend connections.

How do I export my data?

Settings → Data → Export saves a JSON backup you can re-import later. Pro users can also export CSV.

How do I report a user or a message?

Open the person's profile and tap Report this person, or press and hold a chat message and choose Report. You can also block anyone from their profile so they can't contact you. We review reports within 24 hours.

Does Potshare connect to my bank?

No. Potshare never connects to a bank, and never sees your balances or transactions. Account names are just organising labels you choose yourself.
